Our little story
Succession Solution & Downsizing starts from a very personal story. That of a couple (Marie and Fred) who have always wanted to work together, but who also found themselves alone having to liquidate an estate quickly, without experience and above all... without resources.
Luckily, both having flexible schedules, an ability to learn easily, a great sense of organization, a concern for optimizing work and a certain ease with everything related to the digital world, we managed to carry out this project without incident.
However, we quickly realized that these life stages (managing an estate or moving from living in a house to a condo, an apartment or a residence) are far from simple!
ABOVE ALL
When we don't have time.
We are not in perfect health condition.
We don't have that much computer skills.
Family support is impossible or limited.
We are not notaries, tax experts, real estate brokers, antique dealers or auctioneers! We are only people who have their values in the right place, who have lived what you are going through, who put their customers at the center of their projects, who maximize and optimize their actions according to deadlines/constraints and who ensure that: everything runs smoothly.
Helping you in all spheres that affect succession or downsizing, it is our mission.
We want to become (temporarily) family members who take charge and bring your project to life!
